A: Yes! WirelessProcurement.com was built to provide in depth reporting to both the procurement personnel and the Sprint Nextel National Account Teams. We can also work with you to customize discounts, eligible handsets, and rate plans.

Q: If I am purchasing a Sprint or Nextel phone under my employer’s discount, can I buy more for my wife or children at the discount rate?
A: Yes! Corporate employees can buy up to 5 lines at the preferred rate. This policy may vary depending on individual credit history.

Q: I see options for “upgrade now” or “upgrade later” on WirelessProcurement.com. What is the difference?
A: Upgrade “Later” makes up 80% of our upgrade/replacement orders. Request this kind of upgrade when your phone is working and you simply need to upgrade your current handset. Upgrade “Now” is used when your phone is lost or stolen.

Q: What is the typical turnaround time for an order with WirelessProcurement.com?
A: Orders submitted by 3 p.m. EST/ 12 Noon PST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders are delivered by FedEx regular overnight delivery, for delivery 10 a.m. local time.

Q: What if I need to change or cancel an order once it is submitted?
A: Please contact us immediately with any changes via telephone or email. If possible, we will concel your existing order and make any requested changes.

Q: Will I be billed by Sprint-Nextel or WirelessProcurement.com?
A: All of our products are shipped and billed directly to you by Sprint-Nextel. Any applicable service credits and service discounts for which you are eligible will also appear on your Sprint-Nextel bill.
