* Sprint's Phone Upgrade Frequency Policy (UFP): Upgrades or replacements are available at the flat price once every 12 months (24 months for individual-liable customers). Customers who are within the UFP period may upgrade at either the no commitment or 1-year subscriber agreement price. Refer to the Upgrade Frequency Policy Marketing Bulletin for more details on Nextel's UFP. A minimum processing fee of up to $36/unit up to a $150 maximum is applied to all upgrade orders. This fee will appear on customer's first or second invoice after the upgrade has occurred. A minimum $34.99 rate plan is required when upgrading at either 1-or 2-yr service agreement price.
